Welcome to Battery Gold Coast. By accessing or purchasing from our website, online store, or affiliated marketplaces, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

Battery Gold Coast (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides automotive, marine, and deep-cycle batteries and related products for retail and commercial customers.
By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Services

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all products listed. However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturer updates or differences in device display.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer

  • Afterpay / Zip Pay (if available)

  • Cash or EFTPOS (in-store)

Full payment is required before products are dispatched or installed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer local delivery across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas, as well as pickup from our store location.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by couriers, weather, or supply issues are beyond our control.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable once goods are dispatched.

5. Warranty & Returns

All products sold by Battery Gold Coast come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty conditions:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, or modifications voids warranty.

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Returns must be approved before goods are sent back. Freight or return costs may apply.

6. Installation & Mobile Services

Our mobile installation services are available across the Gold Coast.
Customers must ensure that their vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible location.

Battery Gold Coast is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing electrical faults or unsafe working environments.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Battery Gold Coast, its owners, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or misuse of products

  • Installation errors by third parties

  • Loss of data, time, or profit

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

8. Privacy & Data Use

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or rent customer data.
Information may be shared with trusted third parties (e.g., couriers, payment processors) only as necessary to complete your order.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Governing Law
